Access Flooring Solution - Specially designed heavy grade Tate Concore 3 panel with a finished floor height of 1 M and 4.2 LM bridging over the trading floor.

LIFFE, the London International Financial Futures Exchange commissioned a unique 2,000 M2 hi-tec trading floor in 1997. The Access Flooring Company was engaged to install the flooring system. Tate Access Floor manufacturers created an ingenious panel specifically for LIFFE. A heavy duty raised floor with a 4.5 Kn point load in addition to an impressive one-metre void was required for the trading floor. An obstacle AFC was presented was large 4.2 LM gaps in the subfloor required for the computer cabling to be brought through the Tate Access Floor. AFC custom designed an intricate bridging system for LIFFE crossing an impressive 7 panels lengths 1 metre high to the required 4.2 LM gap, still maintaining the required PSA heavy grade loading.
